Better known by his stage name Bistro Boy, Frosti Jónsson is an Icelandic electronic musician and label-cofounder whose work has become a touchstone in ambient, downtempo, and cinematic electronic music. Though his roots include classical piano training in Iceland, he eventually pivoted toward electronic soundscapes—melding emotional melody, atmospheric textures, and production that balances warmth and space.
